Welcome to Calderon's Cosmic Collectibles (C3)! By using our website, making a purchase, or interacting with our community, you agree to the following Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. Please read this page carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

Calderon's Cosmic Collectibles (C3) is an online shop focused on selling authentic Pokémon trading cards and related merchandise. These terms govern your use of our website, services, and community spaces (including Discord).

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to place an order. If under 18, a parent or guardian must approve and supervise your purchase.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All sales are final. Double-check your cart before checking out.

  • Prices and product availability may change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Your order lifts off from C3 HQ within 1–2 business days — fast travel for cosmic collectibles!

  • If you want in-stock items shipped separately, you must place a separate order.

  • Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, C3 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.

5. Pre-Order Policy

  • Pre-orders at C3 are queued up and ready — they’ll ship out as soon as they land, so your collection can go cosmic!

  • Pre-order items are non-refundable, except if canceled by the manufacturer or distributor.

  • Release dates are estimates and may change without notice.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship once all items are available.

  • Refunds (if granted under exceptional cases) will follow our standard refund exception policy below.

6. Refund Exceptions

Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your order was damaged due to seller error.

  • The item was confirmed not received by the carrier.

To request an exception, contact us within 3 days of delivery, including clear photos and a description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.
All approved refund exceptions are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount. Fee can be waived at the sole discretion of C3.

7. Authenticity Guarantee

All products sold by C3 are guaranteed 100% authentic. If you believe you received a counterfeit or incorrect product, please contact us with photos and relevant details so we can investigate.

8. Discord Community & Conduct

Our Discord server is a community hub for collectors. By joining, you agree to our rules and guidelines.
Harassment, spamming, scamming, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate removal or ban.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, logos, graphics, and descriptions — is the property of Calderon's Cosmic Collectibles and may not be used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use, order fulfillment, or website access. Our total liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
